With the C-eyelift treatment, we improve the entire region around the eye. We look at the eye region as a whole, so we also see puffiness, dark circles, sagging eyebrows and crow’s feet. All of these cases are caused by aging: the eye sockets get smaller and subcutaneous fat slowly disappears. Because the skin is not getting smaller, but rather wider, it is proportionally oversized. This creates a relative excess of skin.
The C-eyelift serves as a counterforce. It is the treatment that compensates for the loss in youthfulness and volume due to movement and gravity. We restore the loss by putting volume back where there is a deficit.

The cost of a C-eyelift treatment depends on the amount of filler we need. For the first step of the C-eyelift, we use in between three and four ml of hyaluronic acid. Barring exceptions, the price of a C-eyelift starts at €1,350.
The puffiness treatment is really the most difficult treatments in the face. This is eminently a treatment that you should not do with an inexperienced doctor. Therefore, a cheap or minor puffiness treatment at an inexperienced doctor is doomed to be a disappointment.

Following the principle of the “whole face approach,” we will work with you to create a treatment plan and see how we can achieve the best results. We first decide together with you what the C-eyelift will look like and with which treatment we will start. The treating doctor places the volume at the appropriate locations, to lift, restore, and rejuvenate the entire eye region.
The basis of the C-eyelift is that we first make sure that the support from the surrounding structures (temples, cheeks and cheekbones) is good. If this base is good, only then can we treat (safely) under the eyes.
Because we build up the treatment in steps, you will have few side effects and the result will build up very naturally. The most important thing is that you experience a comfortable treatment.
After treatment, the skin can be massaged or cooled with a cold pack. Depending on the treatment plan we established with you during the consultation, the C-eyelift treatment will take 15 minutes to half an hour.
Unlike a surgical eyelid correction, there are virtually no side effects with the C-eyelift. After the treatment, swelling or bruising may occur. We take care of these with cooling compresses that start the healing process immediately.
Should swelling or bruising appear, they will disappear on their own. If any of these side effects occur, we recommend that you avoid direct sunlight on your skin to prevent any pigmentation.
The first result of the C-eyelift is visible immediately after the treatment. But because hyaluronic acid needs 4 to 6 weeks to settle properly, the final result will take some time.
Hyaluronic acid slowly breaks down after a number of years. There are great individual differences and usually it stays in place for 3 to 5 years. Meanwhile, the aging of the face naturally continues (it loses more volume). Therefore, the result of the C-eyelift may recede a bit after a few years. The filler is then still there, but to maintain the result you may need a touch-up. Clinic Doctor Frodo recommends that you do not wait until the time comes, but come back before everything wears off. This way you will avoid a yo-yo effect.

The eye lift treatment at Clinic Doctor Frodo is very safe. We perform the treatment in small steps and we use fillers from Restylane or Juvéderm. These fillers consist of the body’s own substance hyaluronic acid, to which the body hardly reacts. So an allergic reaction is very unlikely. If necessary, the filler is soluble.
