A practical example: When someone comes to us asking for “more volume in the lips”, we first examine the entire face. Perhaps the solution lies elsewhere, such as correcting crooked teeth with braces, improving the chin region with filelrs, or restoring the natural lip contour. We are having this conversation together - consultant and doctor - so that expertise is combined and the client receives the best possible care.

We distinguish ourselves by carefully structured treatment processes instead of separate “quick fixes”. Clients choose us because we work with an exclusive, well-founded approach that fits their lives and expectations.

The position (12—18 months of development process)

As a (starting) cosmetic doctor, you will join us in a phased training and growth program. You continuously develop yourself through modules, tests and portfolio building, so that your growth is visible and measurable.

What will you learn and do:

• High-level consultation: you observe carefully, look for the underlying causes and translate this into a clear treatment plan
• Perform treatments with safe techniques, focused on natural results and a low risk of complications
• Working closely with the entire team: doctors, consultants, skin therapists and planning
• Growing in our unique philosophy of holistic beauty

What we are looking for

1. Formal Requirements

• Primary doctor, BIG-registered; preferably willing to follow the KNMG Cosmetic Doctor profile process
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages

2. Important selection criteria

• Communication skills: Communicate honestly, structure, expectations management and clear explanations in client language
• Refined motor skills: for ease of use with injections
• Anatomical knowledge/insight: Understanding the face from different layers of the skin
• Creative imagination: visualize in advance what can change subtly, be able to substantiate and explain this

3. Character and attitude to work

• Ambition to grow to the highest level and willing to invest in an (intensive) learning process
• Flexibility (the working day never comes as usual), discipline in preparation and completion, and a strong team spirit
• Honesty and integrity — values that are at our core

• Hours: 24-32 hours a week (in consultation)
